Stop Living Someone Else's Life
A 4-module course for the woman who is done living someone else's life.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You've done everything right. So why does something still feel so wrong?
You have the lifestyle.
The income.
The social calendar.
The kind of life that looks impressive from the outside.
But at 2am, when it's quiet, you know the truth.
You're exhausted. Not from doing too much — but from performing.
You're performing the right career. The right relationship. The right version of yourself for the people around you.
And underneath all of it — you genuinely don't know what you actually want anymore.
Let's name what's really going on.
You're not broken. But you are living someone else's life.
Here's the honest truth — the one most coaches won't say:
You've been so focused on what you should want that you've completely lost touch with what you actually want.
You make decisions based on what will get the best reaction. You override your own instincts constantly, and then wonder why you always end up back in the same place.
Your self-worth isn't yours. It lives in other people's opinions, their approval, their validation.
And when the feeling gets too heavy? You fill the calendar. The brunches, the shopping, the travel, the next thing. Keep moving. Don't slow down. Because slowing down means actually feeling it.
This is not a character flaw. This is what happens when you've spent years living a life that was never really yours.
What if it didn't have to be like this?
What if the life you actually want is closer than you think?
What if you woke up tomorrow and felt — free?
Not because everything in your life had changed overnight.
But because you finally knew what you wanted. And you trusted yourself enough to go after it.
What if you stopped making decisions based on what other people would think — and started making them based on what was actually right for you?
What if your self-worth stopped depending on anyone else's approval?
What if you could look at your life — your actual life — and feel proud of it. Not because it looks good. But because it's yours.
That is not a dream. That is a decision. And that decision starts here.
Why I can say this with certainty.
I've lived every single one of these. This isn't theory.
I worked in corporate banking. I had the financial freedom, the lifestyle, the circles, the look. From the outside — everything was in order.
But I was deeply depressed. And I couldn't tell anyone — because how do you explain feeling that broken when your life looks that good?
I kept trying to fix it the only way I knew how: new jobs, new routines, new things to buy. Filling every hour so I didn't have to sit with how I actually felt.
And then someone who truly cared about me looked me in the eye and said: you are the only one who can change this.
I knew I couldn't keep living someone else's life and calling it mine. So I stopped. I made the decision. And everything changed.
Today I have a clear vision for my future for the first time in as long as I can remember. I'm calmer, more present, happier. And I'm surrounded by the people who actually showed up for me — the ones who cheered for this, not the ones who questioned it.
I'm not special. I didn't have an advantage you don't have. If I can get here — so can you.
What this guide clarifies
Where the misalignment actually sits
Whether this is effort or environment
What to adjust in the next 30 days
I spent years climbing the corporate latter, putting on the right look, showing up in the right rooms, saying all the right things.
Honestly? That wasn't me anymore.
The real me is a lot more direct, a lot less polished, and significantly more useful to you than the version I spent years performing.
I teach this because I lived it. I know exactly what it feels like to be successful on the outside and completely lost on the inside. I know exactly how exhausting it is to perform a life that isn't yours. And I know — specifically and precisely — what it takes to change it.
I'm not here to be your cheerleader. I'm here to be the person who calls you out, walks alongside you, and gets you to the other side.
